My role at Hounslow covers most operational services including service design team, level 1/2 teams, teams looking after schools/audio visual service plus team responsible for all servers and networks across all 90 plus sites the Council operates . Hounslow has been doing alot of work since 2020 to improve connectivity both locally and working with West London Alliance and is now moving towards what we can use the connectivity for to deliver and improve services for residents of Hounslow. with a clear focus on all elements of digital inclusion.
