Connected Britain 2026 - Day 1 @ 11:15

Keeping hiring human when everyone is using AI

AI is reshaping both sides of the hiring process. Organisations are using chatbots to conduct thousands of natural language conversations with candidates, while candidates are using AI to refine applications, prepare for interviews and, in some cases, attend them.

This session explores how to build hiring strategies that keep humans at the centre and deliver the right match between organisations and candidates. Through real-world examples, we'll examine where technology adds value and where the uniquely human remains irreplaceable.

The People, Skills & Recruitment Zone programme has been curated in partnership with ImpactMatch.
