Matt is the Programme Manager of the River Severn Partnership Advanced Wireless Innovation Region, one of the 10 DSIT funded 5G Innovation Regions. Formerly, Matt ran the Fastershire Project that subsidised the roll out of fixed broadband in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire before becoming the Head of Public Procurement and Community Engagement at Full Fibre Ltd.
