Liz Harrison, Head of Broadband Delivery, Kent County Council

Elizabeth Harrison is Head of Broadband at Kent County Council and chairs the Association of Directors of Environment, Economy, Planning & Transport’s Digital Connectivity Working Group. Elizabeth leads the council’s digital infrastructure policy and engagement work – and previously oversaw the successful implementation of the Kent Superfast broadband programme which was responsible for connecting over 150,000 homes and businesses in hard-to-reach areas.
