Jane has been working at the Department for Work and Pensions for over 5 years. Having joined initially as a work coach, supporting vulnerable north-west Londoners navigate their benefit claims and unemployment journeys, she also had an active role in employer engagement before taking on her current post as Business Support Manager for the Director of the London Jobcentre Network in 2023. She also has a strong background in customer service, mentoring and events / conference management, having mentored fellow civil servants, coordinated a British Embassy reception, supported various academic conferences and organised numerous recruitment events for London jobseekers.
