As Head of Product and Service Design at We Are Group, he combines product leadership, service design and solution architecture to deliver practical, customer-centred services that improve connectivity and public-facing systems. With more than a decade’s experience in public and regulated sectors, David chips away at the walls of policy and operational complexity, rebuilding them brick by brick as bridges that widen access for excluded users and deliver measurable social impact. He leads bids and end-to-end programmes that blend service design, CRM and cloud platforms with employer partnerships and frontline support to turn training into paid roles and improve outcomes for communities. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, David is committed to social impact and evidence-led practice. He designs employer-aligned pathways, competency frameworks and assessment systems so learning converts into paid roles, and he leads measurement and reporting to ensure programmes deliver measurable social and economic outcomes.
