David is passionate about the development and real-world deployment of emerging dual-use technologies. He joined ARX to lead its expansion in the UK, delivering cutting-edge uncrewed ground vehicles and land autonomy systems.
A former Royal Navy Officer, David spent his military career deployed on wide-ranging operations and working with European and NATO partners. Since leaving the military, David has worked in leadership roles developing and exploiting innovative technologies across telecommunications, space, robotics and AI.
David is double-masters qualified in Defence Technology and International Security.
