Cameron serves as Head of Technology at Highland Broadband Networks Limited (HBNL), a UK alternative network provider building and operating full-fibre (FTTP) infrastructure across the Highlands and rural Scotland. In his role, Cameron leads the technology function across network engineering, infrastructure, and operational tooling, with responsibility for how HBNL designs, deploys, and runs its growing network. He has a strong interest in how emerging AI capabilities can be applied practically to network operations, customer service functions and altnet workflows, and is focused on bringing greater automation and efficiency to the way fibre networks are planned, built, and managed.
