Randall is a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience across the telecommunications ecosystem. Beginning his career in the field and later serving as Industry Solutions Director for Telecommunications at Esri, he helped global organizations modernize operations, strengthen strategy, and drive innovation through geospatial technology. As the Founder and Chief Consultant of Waypoint 33, Randall now partners with service providers, utilities, and technology companies to align people, process, and platforms for lasting growth. His work focuses on helping leaders navigate complex change, modernize operations, and turn vision into measurable progress. Beyond his professional life, Randall has dedicated decades to service and mentorship. He served 14 years as a Reserve Police Officer, responded to crises as part of Team Rubicon’s Incident Management Team, and was recognized as Big Brother of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oregon. Today, he continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire, championing community impact and youth mentorship. Guided by a people-first philosophy, Randall brings a rare blend of technical depth, leadership experience, and heart; helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.
