Clint Wiley is the Chief Operating Officer of Wecom Fiber, a private equity-backed Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) operator specializing in underserved markets. With over 25 years of experience building and scaling infrastructure platforms, he specializes in bridging the gap between capital deployment and operational execution. At Wecom, Clint oversees the full operational P&L and executes strategies that align with aggressive growth targets. Prior to joining Wecom, Clint served as a Platform Leader for Meridiam Fiber, where he held roles as Vice President of Network Services and Director of Markets. His background also includes leadership roles at Point Broadband and nearly two decades as a founder and CEO of independent telecommunications providers, including Hagerstown Fiber and New Frontiers Telecommunications. Clint holds an MBA and a Master of Business Analytics. At Connected America 2026, he will share insights on scaling fiber platforms, navigating the complexities of multi-market expansion, and the evolving role of FTTH in bridging the digital divide
