Ms. Sinead Finn has worked in the travel industry for more than 20 years.
After working for the Irish Tourist Board, she joined Ryanair in 1998 as
Sales Manager for Italy. In 2002, Sinead was promoted to Head of Sales and
Marketing with overall responsibility for the company's Sales and Marketing
activities. Passenger numbers at the airline grew from 13.4 million per
annum to 51 million during her time in this role. In April 2008, Ms. Finn
was promoted to the role of Director of Commercial Revenue.
Sinead set up affinnity (www.affinnity.com) in May 2011, a successful
travel tech accelerator providing cohort-based client programs to include,
fostering connections, sales development and mentorship culminating in
contracts to accelerate growth. Partners and Clients include Airports, US and
European Airlines, other transport providers, on-line travel companies, online
advertisers competing with Google, start-ups and Silicon Valley based
Technology Firms with an interest in the European and US Travel Sector.
For the past five years, Sinead has been a member of the Advisory Board at
the Queen Mary University of London Business & Management School.
Currently one of the projects she is working on is setting up a Student-led
Social Impact Venture Fund.
