Kamil Slefarski | Director of Revenue Management

Kamil Ślefarski has 7 years of professional experience in aviation industry. He commenced his career with LOT Polish Airlines in 2018, for most part holding various regional team lead positions. In January 2023 he was appointed as the Director of Revenue Management. During his tenure, Kamil participated in or led the digital transformation of the commercial systems, including the successful implementation of the full O&D Revenue Management System and ongoing Dynamic Pricing implementation.
Kamil holds a Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. He has also pursued studies in Philosophy at the University of Warsaw and participated in academic exchange programs, spending two semesters abroad in Denmark and Germany.
