Luis has 25 years of experience turning technology into measurable EBIT impact for global organisations, with deep hands-on leadership across aviation and travel. A practitioner at heart, he specialises in applying AI, Agentic Automation, Machine Learning, RPA, and systems integration to eliminate manual toil and unlock scalable, outcomes-led value. He has led and delivered large-scale AI and automation programmes in complex airline environments, with a proven track record of sustained 8-digit benefits across finance, operations, customer service, and corporate functions. His work focuses on moving organisations from experimentation to industrialised AI delivery, embedding automation as a core operating capability rather than a series of pilots. Luis advises C-suite leaders on AI strategy, builds and runs multi-shore AI factories, and frequently speaks at industry forums. He began his career as a C++ and Java engineer in Mexico City and remains a hands-on builder, actively experimenting with agentic frameworks and AI delivery platforms. Based in London, he holds a Computer Science degree, an MBA from Ashridge Hult, and multiple AI, automation, and cloud certifications.
