Julia Fedor is the head of brand marketing operations at United Airlines, where she and her team support the execution and measurement of brand-building campaigns and have helped transform how the airline advertises and shows up in culture.
United's Super Bowl campaign received an Effie Award – one of the marketing industry’s highest honors for creative effectiveness and business impact. United was recognized among Ad Age's Top Ten Marketers of the Year and Fast Company’s Brands That Matter.
Julia is a marketing communications leader with a hybrid of agency and brand experience across travel, consumer goods, health care, and nonprofits. She was named a 4 Under 40 Emerging Leader by the American Marketing Association.
Before joining United, Julia was a vice president and project director at the communications firm Edelman, overseeing program operations for a multimillion-dollar global client portfolio. Prior to that, she produced digital campaigns at the advertising agency Leo Burnett.
Julia received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University. Raised in Florida, she has lived in Washington, D.C., and Istanbul, Turkey, and now calls Chicago home.
