Jørn Harald Gerhardsen Korbi is VP Digital Commercialization at Avinor, where he leads digital growth, commercialization, and customer experience initiatives across Norway’s airport ecosystem. He works at the intersection of aviation, digital transformation, data, media, and commerce, with a strong focus on creating smarter passenger journeys and unlocking new revenue opportunities through technology and innovation. At Avinor, Jørn has led the development of a new digital commerce, delivered significant annual revenue uplift, and helped modernize the organization’s commercial operating model through product thinking, agile ways of working, and data-driven decision-making. He has also been central in shaping Avinor’s next-generation digital experience platform, and innovation initiatives including Aviguide, Avinor’s generative AI travel assistant. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning digital business development, innovation, media, and commercialization, Jørn brings a broad perspective on how airports and aviation players can use digital capabilities to strengthen both passenger value and commercial performance. Before joining Avinor, he held senior leadership roles in digital transformation, innovation, and business development across multiple industries.
