James is an experienced aviation and product leader with over 18 years’ experience across commercial, customer and operational roles in both airlines and airports. As a Product Director at CAVU, he drives digital transformation, innovation and operational improvement across physical and digital touchpoints. Prior to CAVU, James spent seven years at Manchester Airport Group (MAG) and 10 years at British Airways. Outside of work, James is a keen DIY enthusiast and cyclist.
