Gintare Norvilaite-Tautevice, Chief Commercial Officer, Lithuanian Airports

Gintarė Norvilaitė-Tautevičė is a highly experienced commercial leader in the airport sector, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Lithuanian Airports, a network managing the Vilnius, Kaunas, and Palanga airports. As a key member of the senior management team, she is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy that drives the organization's sustained success and business development. Her leadership has been instrumental in growing profitability, expanding the route network, and increasing diversified revenue. With a long-standing career at Lithuanian Airports, Gintarė has held several impactful roles. Prior to her current position, she was the Head of Sales (2018-2022), leading initiatives that significantly enhanced partner satisfaction and pioneered new revenue streams during the pandemic. Her tenure also includes serving as a Commercial Project Manager (2015-2018), where she spearheaded projects such as introducing new digital advertising solutions and managing tenders for major terminal tenants, and as a Sales Manager (2011-2015). Academically, Gintarė holds an Executive Master from ISM University of Management and Economics; her master's thesis explored the impact of airport service quality dimensions on revenue. She also earned an MSc in International Marketing and Management from the same institution and a Bachelor's in International Economics from Vilnius University. Gintarė is an active voice in the wider aviation industry as a member of the ACI Europe Commercial Forum, where she also serves on its Real Estate Task Force. Her expertise spans commercial strategy, revenue generation and real estate development within the airport sector.
