Daniela Fantinati holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication / Public Relations from PUC-Campinas and is a Specialist in Customer Experience Strategies from Columbia Business School. She has been working in civil aviation for 14+ years and is currently the Director of Customer Experience, Partnerships and New Business Solutions at Dr. Antonio Agostinho Neto International Airport (NBJ-AIAAN) in Luanda, Angola, Africa.   Daniela has experience in the civil aviation, government, education and oil & gas sectors. She has led key initiatives in customer service and ombudsman services and customer experience strategy development.   In 2022, she was selected as a global "Customer Experience (CX) Emerging Leader" by the CX Professional Association (CXPA). In 2023, she received both the Brazilian "Customer Success and Experience Professional of the Year" award from CSX Week and the global "CX Professional of the Year" award from the Customer Centricity World Series. Daniela is a co-author of the books: "Customer Experience: Theory and Much Practice" and "Women in Aviation".
