Christophe is Senior Vice President and Head of Aviation Passenger Solutions at IBS Software. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he leads the passenger business at a pivotal moment as the industry undergoes rapid transformation.
With over 25 years of experience in the airline domain, Christophe has a strong track record of driving large-scale technology transformation and innovation for airlines globally. He began his career at Amadeus in Europe, contributing to the development of foundational airline IT solutions, before moving to the Asia Pacific region where he supported expansion and led major airline transformation programs. He then joined the Emirates Group, serving in senior leadership roles where he spearheaded critical modernisation initiatives and strategic technology investments. He subsequently returned to Amadeus, heading the Airline business across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, where he oversaw significant growth.
A French national based in Dubai, Christophe has a deep passion for the industry and is committed to shaping the future of airline retailing. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, France.
