Christina O’Rourke is Director of Creative Strategy and Content at United Airlines, where she leads brand marketing strategy and oversees the airline’s in-house creative team. She plays a key role in shaping United’s voice across channels, developing strategy, writing briefs, and partnering with agencies and internal teams to bring ideas from concept through execution. Prior to United, Christina was Head of Creative Production at Edelman, where she led a multidisciplinary team and helped modernize the agency’s creative offering. She partnered with global brands including Samsung, FedEx, Kellogg’s, KFC, Barilla, and Boeing to deliver integrated campaigns that connected brand, content, and experience. Earlier in her career, Christina worked across tech, fashion, and film production, bringing a cross-industry perspective to her approach to storytelling and brand building. She earned Master’s degree in Communications Innovation from Ithaca College, where her studies focused on media economics, consumer behavior, product design, and global leadership. Outside of work, Christina is a competitive sailor and a weekly pizza party host.
