iFly4 Catering

iFly4 Catering is Trifork Aviation’s airline-managed platform for smarter onboard catering. It connects caterers, ground operations, and cabin crew in one digital workflow, replacing paper-based loading sheets and manual reconciliation with live inventory visibility, meal ordering, and structured service support.

The solution helps airlines deliver a more consistent and personalized inflight experience. Passenger preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, pre-orders, and special meals are captured and made available to crew, helping them provide a more prepared and relevant service. Airlines can also enable in-seat ordering through passengers’ own devices or the inflight entertainment system.

Crew can verify galley loads, track inventory, manage orders, and record passenger selections during service, even when connectivity is limited.

After each flight, operational data can be used to compare uplift with actual consumption, identify waste and stock-outs, measure first-choice availability, and improve menu performance across routes and flights.

For airlines, the benefits are practical and measurable: reduced unnecessary uplift, less food waste, better catering decisions, and an improved passenger experience.
