Boon Seong Woo is Director of the Learning Academy at Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore. He is currently driving pedagogical initiatives and innovations in the digital transformation of teaching and learning, and he and his team are supporting the implementation of flipped learning and interdisciplinary learning across the polytechnic. He has 20 years of academic, management and leadership experience in the polytechnic sector in Singapore. Boon Seong has previously worked as an instructional designer and project manager in the multimedia industry, and he holds a doctorate degree in Education from the University of Sussex, UK and a master’s degree in Information Environments (Interaction Design) from the University of Queensland, Australia.
