Susan Beths, SNR Lect, Exotics and Wildlife, Prim Care & Shelter Medicine, Veterinary Clinical Sciences, University of Melbourne

Susan is a senior lecturer in exotics animals and wildlife at the University of Melbourne. She works clinically within the Greencross Veterinary Hospital for the University of Melbourne, at Geelong Animal Emergency and is a casual vet for Zoos Victoria working at both Melbourne Zoo and Werribee Open Range Zoo. Susan graduated from Glasgow University, is a marine mammal medic and has her memberships in Unusual pets. After graduating and working in the UK, she moved to the Caribbean where she worked for 7 years before moving to Australia. She has always worked with exotic pets and wildlife, including primates, sea turtles, marine mammals and a wide range of Australian wildlife. Susan has also worked in South America and South Africa with wildlife. She enjoys spending time with family, horse riding, ballet dancing, SCUBA diving and is a stilt walker.
