Peter Hammond is a veterinary business leader with over two decades of experience spanning clinical, emergency, specialist, NFP, private and corporate environments. Currently General Manager at Southpaws, he oversees three hospital locations across Melbourne. Peter has led multimillion-dollar projects, grown teams from 10's to 100's and introduced innovative systems and processes to scale-up teams and organisations. Peter is passionate about team culture, education, and sustainability in veterinary careers, he brings strategic insight shaped by qualifications in change and project management, leadership, business, and is currently studying studies in psychology to further enhance his understanding of people, teams and organisations.
