Dr. Jim Smith. (BVSc, MBA) CO-FOUNDER
Jim has over 35 years’ experience in the veterinary profession, and brings a wealth of expertise in medicine, surgery and business management. Jim owned and managed the Naracoorte and Penola Veterinary Centres for over 20 years. During this time, he developed a keen interest in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. He has also worked in the emergency and critical care department of a multidisciplinary referral hospital. Jim is currently undertaking his final subject of a Master of Business Administration. Jim is passionate about bringing positive change to the veterinary profession. He is currently focusing on implementing contemporary customer experience initiatives as well as developing progressive human resource management systems. We are excited about the opportunity to work alongside Jim as he mentors and supports the next generation of vets.
