Elpida Sarvani, Clinical pathologist (DipACVP, DipECVCP), Langford Veterinary Services

  Elpida graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2005. After completing 1.5 years of internship training at the same institution, she moved to the UK, where she worked as a first-opinion vet for several years. She then undertook a residency in Clinical Pathology at the University of Bristol Veterinary School and has since worked in several private laboratories, focused on clinical casework, with involvement in training of residents and interns in Clinical Pathology. Elpida obtained board certification in Clinical Pathology in 2018, becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP). She achieved Diplomate status with the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP) in 2022 and is an RCVS-recognised Specialist in Veterinary Clinical Pathology.
