Dr. Crystal Loh is a board certified veterinary dentist and the owner-operator of New Zealand Veterinary Dentistry Ltd., a mobile specialty dental referral service in the Waikato region of New Zealand. Dr. Loh graduated in 2007 from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, before completing a 1-year internship at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. She then moved to New Zealand where she practiced as a general practitioner for over 10 years. In 2016, Dr. Loh acquired memberships through the Australian & New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Dentistry & Oral Surgery, and in 2022, Dr. Loh completed a three year full time residency program in veterinary dentistry, and successfully passed the written and practical board examinations, thus satisfying all the requirements to become accepted as a diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College. Dr. Loh has wide experience speaking and teaching, having lectured across New Zealand, Australia and the United States. She has an interest in oral and maxillofacial surgery, particularly anything out of the ordinary! She loves providing support and education to referring veterinarians through case discussions and teaching, and thoroughly enjoys sharing her passion for veterinary dentistry.
