Dr Claire Jenkins is a Queensland-trained veterinarian with nearly 20 years of experience caring for animals across Australia and the UK. A passionate advocate for accessible, preventative care, Claire believes that timely, trusted advice can make all the difference in pet health outcomes.

In 2015, she founded VetChat, Australia’s leading veterinary telehealth service, driven by a commitment to help pet carers make informed decisions - anytime, anywhere. Claire is a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Medicine and has built a team of vets she deeply respects.

She’s a lifelong animal lover and proud pet carer to Rex (a boisterous Standard Poodle), Rosie (a beloved Birman), and two of the sweetest Guinea Pigs, Charlie and Billie.
