Since 1999, Thermogard has engineered and manufactured customised temperature controlled packaging systems for global temperature sensitive supply chains.

Headquartered in Sydney, Auckland and San Francisco, and with 12 manufacturing facilities across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, India and China, Thermogard operates a globally distributed production network. This capability is supported by established manufacturing and logistics partnerships that extend supply across additional regions and distribution lanes.

Within the veterinary and animal health sectors, Thermogard develops complete pack out systems for vaccines, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics and biological products. Solutions are based on defined thermal profiles, distribution conditions and handling environments. Capabilities include thermal modelling, component engineering, laboratory validation and commercial scale manufacturing. Systems are designed for reliable performance under real world transport conditions across domestic and international markets.

Thermogard’s foundations were established solving long-distance cold chain challenges for highly sensitive New Zealand seafood exports, an experience that continues to inform practical, performance driven solutions across animal health and other temperature critical industries.
