Mr. Trần Huỳnh Ngọc is Senior Distributed Renewable Energy Specialist at Amperes, where he focuses on advancing distributed energy solutions and supporting the development of renewable energy projects across the region.

He holds a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng) in Power System Engineering from The University of Tokyo and brings extensive experience in power systems, engineering, and innovation within the energy sector. Prior to joining Amperes, he served as Deputy Director of the Training, Research & Development Center at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2), where he contributed to technical training, research, and the advancement of engineering capabilities in Vietnam’s power industry.

With a background spanning power generation, transmission, and renewable energy, Mr. Ngọc has been involved in the development and delivery of large-scale energy projects, as well as initiatives to strengthen technical expertise and innovation in the sector.

His work reflects a strong commitment to supporting the energy transition through practical engineering solutions and knowledge development.
