Mr. Tôn Thất Minh Quân is Managing Director of Keppel EaaS Vietnam, where he leads business development, project execution, and operations for Keppel’s Energy-as-a-Service platform in the country. His work focuses on delivering integrated, low-carbon infrastructure solutions for industrial and urban clients, including district cooling, rooftop solar, EV charging, water treatment, and waste-to-value systems.

With a strong track record in building and scaling energy and infrastructure businesses, Mr. Quân plays a key role in developing strategic partnerships and joint ventures, while driving the deployment of sustainable energy solutions tailored to Vietnam’s rapidly evolving market.

Prior to joining Keppel, he served as Country Sales Head at Johnson Controls, where he led building technology and digital transformation solutions across smart city, smart factory, and smart infrastructure applications. He also spent nearly a decade at Daikin Vietnam, holding senior leadership roles including Branch Manager and Sales Manager, where he was responsible for market expansion, sales strategy, and P&L management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Quân held regional business development and leadership roles at Infortech Alliance and Securemetric Technology, contributing to market entry and growth across Vietnam and the Indochina region.

Mr. Quân holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and has extensive experience bridging energy, infrastructure, and digital solutions to drive sustainable growth.
