Ms. Chu Thị Linh Chi is Director, Consulting at KPMG Vietnam, where she advises organizations on risk management, internal controls, governance transformation, and operational improvement.
With nearly two decades of experience in consulting, audit, and business transformation, Ms. Chi has worked extensively with corporations across manufacturing, automotive, financial services, and consumer sectors in Vietnam. Her expertise includes enterprise risk management, internal audit transformation, SOX compliance, finance and accounting transformation, supply chain diagnostics, and business process improvement.
Prior to her current role, she held multiple leadership positions at KPMG Vietnam, progressing from Manager to Associate Director and Director, where she led advisory projects focused on strengthening governance frameworks, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing organizational resilience. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at Deloitte Vietnam across audit and advisory functions.
Ms. Chi also brings in-house industry experience from her role as Internal Control Manager at VinFast, supporting internal control and governance initiatives within one of Vietnam’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Staffordshire University and a Bachelor of Economics in Foreign Trade from Foreign Trade University Hanoi. Ms. Chi is also a Certified Public Auditor and ACCA-qualified professional.
