Ms. Nguyễn Thị Xuân Thuỳ is the Area Environment, Sustainability & Quality Manager of Maersk Logistics and Services in Mekong countries encompassing Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. She is an accomplished professional with a strong background and over 15 years of experience in sustainability, HSSEQ, and compliance management. In her current role at Maersk, she has been driving the sustainable energy transitions roadmap in Logistics and Services across the Mekong region.

With extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, Ms. Thuỳ previously held leadership roles, including Senior Manager of OHS, Security & Sustainability at RMIT University Vietnam and HSE&S Manager at AkzoNobel. At BASF Vietnam, she managed EHS operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with international and domestic chemical regulations. 

Ms. Thuỳ’s expertise in auditing, compliance management, and risk assessment is complemented by her academic background, holding an MBA, a degree in Environmental Engineering, and a NEBOSH International Diploma in Health and Safety Management. Her career reflects a strong commitment to advancing sustainability and operational excellence.
