Mr. (Richard) Dương Văn Tuấn is Director of Business Development at HDCapital, where he focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships, and investment development in Vietnam. He brings extensive senior-level experience across infrastructure, construction, logistics, and international project execution.

In parallel, Mr. Tuấn is Co-Founder and CEO of MB Investment Trade, based in Dubai, reflecting his strong exposure to cross-border business development and international markets. Previously, he spent nearly eight years with A.P. Moller - Maersk, serving as Project Cargo Specialist and Vietnam Chief Representative, where he led complex logistics and heavy-lift projects. His earlier roles include Project Manager at Bolloré Logistics and Assistant General Manager at Hyundai GLOVIS Vietnam.

Mr. Tuấn holds a Master’s degree from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and has completed executive education at Harvard Kennedy School, complementing his practical leadership experience with a strong foundation in management and international affairs.
