Ms. Nguyễn Mai Bích Tiên is a Business Development Manager (Energy Efficiency) at GreenYellow Vietnam, where she focuses on developing and delivering energy efficiency solutions for industrial clients.

Beyond her corporate role, she is a dedicated leader in the professional engineering community. She currently serves as the Membership Promotion (MP) Chair for the ASHRAE Vietnam Chapter and is an active Executive Board Member of the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (VISRAE). In these capacities, she plays a vital role in expanding and supporting the network of HVAC&R professionals in Vietnam.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in industrial refrigeration and energy systems, with a strong background in system design, project development, and technical consulting. At GreenYellow, she has progressed from project development engineering to leading business development efforts, supporting clients in optimizing energy use and operational performance.

Prior to GreenYellow, she worked as a Design Engineer at Mayekawa (MYCOM) and RECOM, where she was responsible for system design, heat load calculations, equipment selection, and technical documentation for large-scale industrial refrigeration projects.

Ms. Tiên holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT).
