Mr. Mã Khai Hiền is the Director of the Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM), the first establishment in Vietnam dedicated to the fields of energy conservation and resource management.

Originating from the Trans Energ organization in France, which has been operating since 1995, ENERTEAM officially became an independent entity in 1999, operating under the Law of Science and Technology, with a license issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.

ENERTEAM's expertise lies in efficient and energy-saving technologies, cleaner production, resource management, renewable energy, and clean energy, as well as environmental pollution control. ENERTEAM takes pride in being the pioneering force in activities related to energy conservation and efficiency.

In addition to a technically proficient team continuously updating their skills and knowledge, ENERTEAM has a network of collaborators consisting of leading experts in the energy sector, ensuring the highest quality in their work.

Since its establishment, ENERTEAM has provided energy-saving and efficient services to various organizations, including businesses in the industrial and building sectors, central and local government agencies, and international organizations such as ADEME, ADB, EC, IFC, UNDP, and the World Bank.
