Mr. Lê Thái Nguyên is MEP Manager at Store Development – LOTTE Mart Vietnam, where he oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP) systems from project planning to completion. With over 18 years of experience in the MEP field, he has extensive expertise in managing design, construction, and operational processes for large-scale commercial projects.

Since joining LOTTE Mart Vietnam in 2020, Mr. Nguyên has successfully managed key projects, including the completion of LOTTE Mart Nha Trang Goldcoast,  LOTTE Mart Vinh, LOTTE Mart Phu Tho, LOTTE Mart Hanoi Mall, Bottle Bunker... His responsibilities include ensuring scope, schedule, safety, quality, cost, communication, risk, procurement and compliance with company standards across all MEP disciplines.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Nguyên was Deputy General Director at Beta MEP JSC, where he managed multiple departments and projects. He also served as PMU MEP Executive Leader at Vietcomreal, overseeing MEP packages and liaising with contractors and state agencies. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Bureau Veritas Vietnam and Phuc Sang Minh Gas Engineering, specializing in technical audits, design reviews, and project management.

Mr. Nguyên holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Ho Chi Minh University of Industry. He is licensed as an Energy Auditor and holds Level 1 MEP Design and Equipment Construction Supervision certifications issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the Ministry of Construction (MOC).
