Mr. James Wooshin Kim is Director of Renewable Energy at Handong 365 Energy, a joint venture between Handong E&C and 365 Energy, where he leads business development and strategic planning for clean energy solutions in Vietnam — including rooftop solar, Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) platforms, and co-investment models for projects both inside and outside industrial parks. He also serves as Senior DPPA Advisor at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2), one of Vietnam's leading power engineering companies, where he advises energy users and investors on navigating the evolving DPPA regulatory framework, project bankability, and long-term power procurement strategies. With prior experience spanning investment structuring, project management, and cross-border advisory in Vietnam and Singapore, Mr. Kim brings a practical, cross-sector perspective to Vietnam's clean energy transition — particularly where renewable generation, private capital, and corporate power procurement intersect.
