Gary Martin Dit Latour is a seasoned Technical Advisor with over 9 years of experience in the onshore and offshore wind and solar PV sectors. Serving as ASEAN Business Developer and a Senior Consultant at Syneria since 2020, Gary spearheads the company’s growth in Southeast Asia, leading the establishment of the operational hubs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and in Manila, Philippines. Gary's expertise lies in technical and commercial risk assessment, project management, and technical advisory services, including Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for renewable energy projects. His portfolio includes work on over 8GW of installed capacity globally, spanning Europe, Africa, and ASEAN regions. He is adept at supporting investors, lenders, and developers in financing, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, and equity raising, with hands-on involvement in TDD, construction and O&M contract negotiations, construction/operation monitoring, plant inspections and risk assessments. His overall duties also include business development, project & team management, and delivering operational excellence in the fast-evolving renewable energy market.
