Claire Marie Yvonne Lee is a sustainability and climate finance strategist with over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, climate finance, international development, and strategic advisory. She currently serves as Principal Strategy Advisor at LCS Impact and Senior Strategic Advisor for Sustainable Economic Engagements at the Australia-Philippines Business Council (APBC), where she provides guidance on ESG, climate-aligned trade, and investment strategies. Until April 2025, Claire was the Senior Policy and Finance Advisor for USAID’s Energy Secure Philippines (ESP) program, where she led initiatives to accelerate private sector investment in renewable energy and shape enabling policies for clean energy transition. Claire has held leadership positions across the energy sector, including President of the Philippine Solar & Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA), Director at the Renewable Energy Association of the Philippines (REAP), and co-founder of Women in Renewables Asia (WiRA), promoting inclusive leadership in energy. She holds a Master’s in Science Business Management (specializing in Climate Finance) from the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR), and a Master’s in Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University. Claire is also the co-author of Green Banking – Realizing Renewable Energy Projects and is a regular speaker at international and regional forums on policy, market development, and sustainable finance.
