Roberta Lapadula is currently Head of Origination at INXIEME ENERGIA, part of the GNERA Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and has extensive experience in the energy and renewable energy sector, with a strong background in business development, sales, account management and PPA origination. She is responsible for renewable energy origination, new business development, and the negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and GOs across different technologies, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, biogas and BESS. Roberta worked at Genscape International (now part of Wood Mackenzie) as Head of the Italian and Spanish Energy division and joined INXIEME ENERGIA in 2020. The company manages energy from renewable sources and supports producers, traders, resellers and asset managers in optimising costs and maximising revenues. Its portfolio currently includes more than 7,000 MW of renewable energy plants across Spain and Italy, covering multiple technologies.
