Solar & Storage Live Italia 2026 will take place on Wednesday, 7 October–Thursday, 8 October 2026 at Veronafiere in Hall 6.

Solar & Storage Live Italia is a business-to-business event aimed specifically at a corporate audience.

Your free visitor badge gives you access to the exhibition and conference on both days. If you have not registered yet, you can register here .

You can register online via the registration page .

Your badge will be printed onsite. Registration will be open at the following times:
Tuesday, 6 October 2026: 12:00–18:00
Wednesday, 7 October 2026: 08:30–16:30
Thursday, 8 October 2026: 08:30–16:30
Within the Solar & Storage Live app, you will find a tab called My Badge. Once you select this, a QR code will appear ready for you to scan at a badge printer onsite. You will also receive an email with your badge QR code one week before the event.
  • Please use a unique email address.
  • Speakers are automatically registered.
  • Registration only takes a couple of minutes. For teams, please send them the registration link so each person can register individually.

After registering, an email confirmation will be sent to you from Terrapinn Customer Service with the subject line Ticket Confirmation: Solar & Storage Live Italia 2026 . You can access your badge in the event app. We will also send your badge to you by email one week before the event.

Travel & Accommodation

You can get to Veronafiere by train, bus, taxi or car. For full directions, click here .

The main railway station is Verona Porta Nuova . It is only a few minutes from Veronafiere by bus or taxi. For more information, please visit the Veronafiere directions page here .

There is a car park operated by Veronafiere within short walking distance of the venue. Tickets can be purchased upon arrival for €10 per vehicle per day and cannot be pre-booked.

On-site Services

Solar & Storage Live Italia Wi-Fi will be available for browsing the web, checking emails and using social networks.
Please ensure your devices are fully charged before coming to the show. There are no available charging stations at the venue. If you are having trouble, please visit the Organiser's Office.
Yes. Within Solar & Storage Live Italia there will be a café and a restaurant, including vegetarian and vegan options. There is also a restaurant, Scapin, opposite the forecourt area at the front of Hall 6.
The cloakroom can be found in the registration area, in the Press Office. The cloakroom will be open from 08:30–17:30 on Wednesday, 7 October and Thursday, 8 October. Please note that, in the interests of safety and security, overnight storage is not possible.
There are toilets at the back of the hall.
Yes, there is a baby change and feed room in Palaexpo, by the main entrance.
No, unfortunately there is not a prayer room at the venue.

Please visit the Organiser's Office in Centroservizi Arena, at the back of Hall 6, to speak to the event organiser.

Exhibitors & Networking

Printed maps will be available at the pavilion entrance and the floor plan will also be available in the app.
You can download the event app through the App Store or Google Play Store. Search for Solar & Storage Live .

Our event app will be available shortly before the event and is your guide to attending. Once you receive your credentials, download the app and log in. You will be able to:

  • View the list of participants
  • View all exhibitors
  • Connect and network with other participants by requesting meetings
  • Access the agenda. There will be no printed agendas
  • Build your own personalised agenda by marking sessions that interest you
  • Access your badge QR code through the My Badge tab

Note: The app does not provide virtual access to the event or sessions. You must attend in person.

Your login email will be the one you used to register yourself for the event.
Terrapinn is not able to provide a list of all attendees and delegates.
Unfortunately, there are no private meeting rooms within Solar & Storage Live Italia.

No. Your badge includes access to all sessions on both days.
We recommend sending your presentation ahead of the event so that our production team can check it before you arrive. However, if you do need to bring it on the day, our experienced technicians will be able to load it before you take the stage.
Yes, there is a speaker lounge at Solar & Storage Live Italia.
No recordings or slides will be shared. Sessions are live and in person.

Health & Safety

Yes. Security will be present throughout the venue. Please wear your badge at all times.
Solar & Storage Live Italia follows venue and government guidelines to ensure a safe environment for attendees, exhibitors and staff.
Please go to the registration desk or speak to a member of staff wearing a rainbow lanyard.
The first aid office is located by the Press Office, near registration. If you require medical assistance, please speak to a member of the security team or visit the Organiser's Office.

Within the Exhibitor Manual, go to Registration, Event App, Lead Data. In this section, you can register your staff for exhibitor passes, which will give them access to the exhibition halls one hour earlier than visitors.

You will also be able to register your guests in this area. Guests will only be able to access the event from 09:30 each day.

Build, Breakdown & Deliveries

Monday, 5 October 2026: 08:00–20:00 for space only. No access for shell scheme.
Tuesday, 6 October 2026: 08:00–20:00 for space only, and 13:00–20:00 for shell scheme and pods.
Thursday, 8 October 2026: 17:30–20:00 for shell scheme and pods, and 17:30–22:00 for space only.
Friday, 9 October 2026: 08:00–16:00 for space only.
Yes, you can have items delivered to the venue. However, someone from the exhibiting company or their contractor must be available to take delivery. The organisers and venue cannot accept any delivery on your behalf.
During the build and breakdown periods, you are required to wear a high-visibility vest or jacket within the halls. Sensible closed-toe footwear is mandatory.

Stand Information & Orders

If you have access to the Exhibitor Manual, your stand number will be listed under Your Stand. If you are at the event, you can find your stand number by checking the printed floor plans, the app or the website.
Please make sure you know what type of stand you have contracted:

Space only: only the space on the event floor is provided.
Shell scheme: white walling, grey carpet and a nameboard or fascia are provided.
Startup Pod: a 1m-wide counter, nameboard and carpet are provided.

Our official contractor, A-Booth, will be able to assist you with AV and other items for your stand. To order, please use the A-Booth webshop or email solarandstorage@a-booth.it .

Space only stands: for power orders, please use the Veronafiere Webshop.

Shell scheme stands: for power orders, please contact the team. Please note that 24-hour power must be booked in advance.
All space only exhibitors must submit plans and health and safety documentation to the Veronafiere Set Up and Access Control Portal by 24 August 2026. The submission fee is €380 plus VAT.

Required items include stand dimensions, risk assessments, public liability insurance and material declarations.

Exhibitors are able to park by Gate E during build-up, show open and breakdown. Please note that vehicles must not be left in the car park overnight.
