Fabiano de Melas is a co-founder of ELF-TECH, an italian startup company acting in the residential sector with an innovative micro cogeneration system based on fuel cells and long-term hydrogen storage. He holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Genoa and a PhD in Chemistry from the Vienna Technical University. Fabiano has built extensive expertise in research, engineering, consulting, and executive management across North America and Europe in the oil, chemical, semiconductor, and energy sectors.
Over the years, he has held both technical and managerial roles, ranging from the development of high-tech products to executive positions in operational units. His responsibilities within ELF-TECH include product development, navigating regulations and permits, and sales.
