From a humble working-class background, Glenn imbibed the ethos of relentless hard work early on. Inheriting his father's entrepreneurial spirit, he has continually pushed boundaries, sought better solutions, and strived for success. With a penchant for calculated risk-taking and innovative thinking, Glenn brings a unique perspective to every endeavour.

Since 2010, Glenn has been at the forefront of Australia's shift towards renewable energy. He pioneered the retailing and installation of residential and commercial solar systems through his energy efficiency business. Notably, in 2011, amid higher costs, Glenn introduced the first 'Rent-to-Buy' model for residential solar, democratizing access to solar energy for average Australian families.

Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, Glenn identified a market niche in 2017 and acquired Tindo Solar, a small solar manufacturing facility in northern Adelaide. Through substantial investments and unwavering passion, Tindo has evolved into a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub, employing over 70 full-time staff and renowned for its top-notch quality and reliability.

With ambitious plans to expand operations and establish a 1-gigawatt facility by 2025, Tindo is poised to lead Australia's renewable manufacturing sector, creating hundreds of jobs and fostering supply-chain investment. Under Glenn's visionary leadership, Tindo aims to elevate Australia's status as a global renewable energy leader, supported by strategic governmental collaborations.
