Nancy Darko Otoo is an astute banker with 19 years' experience in various roles in three major banks (Standard Chartered Bank, Merchant Bank and Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd) spanning Banking Operations, Risk Management, Branch & Consumer Banking as well as Project and People management.  She holds B.Sc. in Accounting and a Master degree in Finance. 
She is a process improvement expert and has championed many transformational projects in Banking. She has won many performance awards notable among them is the prestigious Mark of Excellence Award in 2014.
