Myles Christian Hagan is the Head of Channels at Universal Merchant Bank (UMB).          He is a seasoned banker with varied banking experience over 10 years in Branch & Relationship Management, Banking Operations, Product Development and Remittance Services. As the Head of Channels, he develops manages and drives the marketing of UMB Channels & Electronic banking products and services with a dedicated team of 10 Team members. Channels services include Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Business, Internet Banking, SMS, E-zwich, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, ACH, CCC, Bancassurance, POS, GIP, Payments & Collections & Remittances. The UMB Channels team has since 2016 been recognized by MTN for their sterling efforts in supporting the thriving Mobile Money business and won many trophies year on year. 

He holds a Diploma in Hardware & Networking from IPMC, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Leicester, UK. He is presently pursuing a DBA with Swiss Business School (Through Nobel International Business School {NIBS}). He is the President of the Labone Chapter of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) and is married with 2 children.
