With an extensive IT Security background spanning over 15 years, Daniel has managed Information Security both at strategic & operational levels; he has been instrumental to the success of several organization’s Information Security programs. Industries he has worked include financial services, electronic payment, and consulting. Daniel has also facilitated risk management strategy formulation for large enterprises particularly in the oil services, and telecommunications sectors. He has excellent knowledge of payment card industry operations, financial service business processes and has been involved in auditing core banking applications, and mission critical card payment platforms. Daniel has extensive knowledge leading Security Operations Centre (SOC) team, in his capacity as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Unity Bank, Daniel oversee a team of professionals charged with cyber security incident response, and containment.
