Zeina El Sheikh is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with two decades of experience spanning corporate communications, marketing, media relations, employee engagement, brand strategy, and sustainability.
Currently serving as Director of Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility at Ericsson Gulf, Zeina leads regional initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and societal impact across the GCC. She has a proven track record in shaping narratives, elevating executive visibility, and delivering high-impact campaigns across the Middle East and Africa. Zeina has spearheaded strategic marketing and communications around flagship industry events and positioned Ericsson as a thought leader in key markets. Known for her ability to build influence and trust across diverse stakeholders, she plays a key role in driving alignment between business strategy and communications execution. Earlier in her career, Zeina held marketing and communications roles at Cray Inc., the American University in Dubai, Eduvation School Networks, and the National Bank of Kuwait—gaining a strong foundation in market research, internal communications, events, and public relations. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, and a diploma in Digital Marketing from London Business School. Fluent in English and Arabic, Zeina brings a cross-cultural perspective shaped by living and working in Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
