Badge FAQs

All badges this year are digital and available on the Seamless app. More information on how to download the app is on this page.

What if I want to change my badge? Please log on to the app and visit the ‘My Account’ section where you can make changes to your digital badge.

I still can’t edit my badge – Please enter the event with your current badge on the app, we will have help desks on the exhibition floor and can assist with further issues on-site.

If you are a sponsor/exhibitor then please also make sure you are registering your exhibition stand staff through the links provided in the exhibitor manual. If you cannot locate your manual please speak to your assigned Operations Team member.

How can I access the event app?

Download the event app by searching 'Seamless' in the app store and signing in with the email address you registered with.

What can I do on the event app?

Plan and manage your meeting schedule to take place at the show. Keep up to date with the agenda, social feeds and expo floor plan. If you would like full access to the event app, including the ability to message all attendees, you will need to purchase a premium networking pass.

Is there a virtual element to the event?

No - this year's event is fully live and in-person at the Dubai World Trade Centre. No content will be streamed virtually. However you can use the event app to network depending on your access.

What is included in my Free Visitor Exhibition Pass?

As a visitor to Seamless, you will be able to access to everything on the show floor plus all conference sessions across three days.

How do I get there?

Is there parking available?

How do I get access to the Industry Party?
