Badges will be emailed from no-reply.badges@terrapinn.com, with the subject line 'Important: Your badge QR code for #SeamlessDXB'
What if I havent recieved my badge? Badges will be sent to the email you registered with, make sure you check your junk / spam folder in your emails. If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or speaker then please email your operations manager (hall allocation as below) if you still cannot find it in your inbox.

What if I want to edit my badge? If you are a sponsor, exhibitor or speaker then please contact your operations manager (listed above).
No badge changes can be made pre-event if the enquiry is recieved after COP Friday 9th May. For all visitors please enter with your current badge and make the changes on-site.
If you are a sponsor/exhibitor, then you can visit the venue in the 48-hour period before the event to have your badge printed. Please also make sure you are registering your exhibition stand staff through the links provided in the exhibitor manual, if they register as a visitor on the event website we will not be able to ammend their badge type at the venue.
Alternatively we have a help desk on the exhibition floor, please enter with your badge and we can amend this on-site and re-print for you.
What if i'm having trouble printing my badge? Please print using Google Chrome.
