Currently serving as the Director of PR & Communications at Caprice Holdings in Dubai, Margherita has been instrumental in shaping the brand’s identity and expanding its presence across the Middle East. Her expertise lies in crafting compelling narratives, fostering high-impact media relationships, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that blend digital, PR, influencer engagement, and experiential activations. Previously, as the Global Head of Brand & Marketing at Fundamental Hospitality, she developed and enforced global brand guidelines, orchestrated digital-first campaigns, and curated exclusive collaborations with artists, designers, and cultural organizations. Her tenure at Kerten Hospitality, Duvetica, and Casadei further honed her ability to drive strategic storytelling, build brand equity, and manage high-profile activations. Margherita holds a Master of Science in Luxury & Fashion Management from LUISS Business School and has pursued specialized studies in digital innovation, arts and heritage management, and neuroscience at institutions such as Parsons School of Design, SDA Bocconi, and Harvard University.
